AccessiWay’s company retreat in Italy: 3 days to work, unwind and reconnect

Twenty-five people, three days and a simple plan: less routine, more time together.

In May 2026, AccessiWay held a three-day company retreat for 25 colleagues, designed to combine outdoor working sessions, relaxation and quality time together.

The idea was simple: swap traditional meeting rooms for fresh air, busy schedules for a slower pace and ordinary evenings for shared experiences.

Three days to recharge, strengthen relationships and enjoy being part of the same team.

A different way to work together

The retreat was designed around a refreshing change of scenery.

Instead of spending the day inside an office, the team wanted to take work outdoors, surrounded by the natural beauty of central Italy.

With open-air spaces for collaboration and informal conversations, the experience created opportunities to share ideas, work together and connect in a more relaxed environment.

Because sometimes, changing where you work can change how you work together.

A place to call their own

For AccessiWay, the ideal setting wasn’t a traditional conference hotel.

It was a private property, somewhere the whole team could feel at home.

A place with outdoor spaces, a relaxed atmosphere and plenty of opportunities to spend time together, whether working during the day or unwinding afterwards.

No rigid schedules or formal corporate atmosphere. Just a shared space where colleagues could connect naturally.

Good food, long evenings and time to unwind

When the working day ended, the focus shifted from collaboration to connection.

Shared dinners, cooking together and relaxed evenings were central to the retreat concept.

The kind of moments where conversations flow naturally, colleagues get to know each other beyond their usual roles and shared memories begin to take shape.

Sometimes, the most valuable team building doesn’t need a structured activity. Just good company, a welcoming setting and time to enjoy both.

How we organised it

Always Friday organised the retreat: a private property with outdoor spaces for working sessions, accommodation for 25 people, shared dinners and time in the kitchen together.

A dedicated event manager coordinated venue, suppliers and logistics as a single point of contact, with one invoice at the end.

Three days to come back closer
