At the end of August 2026, Banca Mediolanum held a two-day incentive retreat for 100 employees, combining business, relaxation and shared experiences in the countryside between southern Tuscany and northern Lazio.

The idea was to step away from everyday routines, celebrate the people behind the business and create an opportunity to reconnect in a setting designed for both inspiration and wellbeing.

The retreat was designed around a simple idea: combining moments of company alignment with opportunities to connect beyond the workplace.

A corporate convention brought all 100 participants together to share ideas, reconnect with company priorities and look ahead as a team.

How we organised it

Always Friday organised the two days: the venue in the countryside between southern Tuscany and northern Lazio, the convention space, spa and wellness areas, aperitivo, dinner and entertainment.

A dedicated event manager coordinated venue, suppliers and logistics as a single point of contact, with one invoice at the end.
